Hi there,

I’m Pam Lindsay, your advocate to help you release what is not serving you and get you back to a high-functioning level. I created this program to help busy, accomplished women like you resolve the root cause of symptoms such as chronic pain, anxiety and insomnia, depletion, immune system disorders, brain fog, and fatigue. And I've been there.

I will guide you through gentle but precisely targeted yoga sequences and therapeutic methods to release the deepest tensions in your body, a strategy that helped resolve my own health challenges. My clients rely on my expertise in Deep Spinal Release Yoga to give them an experience that is nourishing, therapeutic, deeply relaxing and healing on all levels.
