Learn a sequence of the essential poses of Deep Release Restoratives step-by-step and how to integrate them into your daily life. Prop setups and fundamentals of alignment. Also learn a sequence you can do WITHOUT special props so you can practice anytime, anywhere! 6 hours.

AN INTRODUCTION TO DEEP RELEASE YOGA
This 2-hour extended class is a great way to learn the basic principles of how to gently and precisely dissolve stress at the deepest level and activate your rest-and-digest nervous-system response to decompress spinal tension, effortlessly relieve pain, clear and calm your mind, and recharge your system overall.
