You're a busy woman with a big to-do list and a desire to bring your contributions to the world.

But... you're struggling to stay calm and focused about what you need to do. You're always on the go, and your mind can't stop worrying, multi-tasking or strategizing, and it's draining you to the point that your health, work or relationships are suffering.

Restoring ease, calm and clarity, pain-free movement and vibrant energy is within reach. By doing less, you can get more done.

About Pam

As a 500-hr certified yoga instructor, I help overwhelmed, busy women renew their health and create sustainable energy so they can get back to their high-functioning life and enjoy more balance, vitality and joy.

My clients rely on my expertise in Deep Release Yoga to give them an experience that is rejuvenating, nurturing, therapeutic, uplifting, deeply relaxing and healing on all levels.

This system helped me recover from my own health challenges from stress, chronic fatigue, pain and personal loss. Years of doing, striving, and giving to others had left me depleted. I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue and had associated disorders such as insomnia, brain fog, digestive dysfunction and immune system deficiencies.

The power yoga practice that I taught, and that I had relied on in my personal life, was no longer serving me. I needed something different. I realized that my yoga shouldn't be another way to push or deplete myself. I finally found a system that quickly put me on the path to feeling great, and it required almost NO effort.

About Deep Release Yoga

Deep Release Yoga, also known as Deep Spinal Release, derives from the Svaroopa Yoga lineage. The strategic sequencing and alignment of poses helps to resolve deep, long-held spinal tension and tightness. The use of cushy, firm props helps foster an experience of letting go and surrender, something that only happens when you feel truly safe and supported.

In my yoga sessions, we don’t over-exert, but cultivate the opposite of pushing, forcing and sweating.

You will find:

  • Small, intimate classes

  • A sanctuary from everyday chaos

  • A sense of safety & support

  • Individual attention & hands-on adjustments

  • Deep release & relaxation

  • Feeling more grounded, more calm, more centered, more aligned

How It Works:

This rejuvenating yoga goes beyond other restorative or meditative approaches. While the use of props – firm, cushy blankets and the floor - allow you to be “passive” and relax more deeply as you are supported - the pose angles target specific areas and directly decompress all the segments of your spine in sequence to dissolve your deepest long-held tensions (core tension) and resolve the root of pain and stress. This sequencing activates your “rest-and-digest” nervous-system response and encourages your body to soften, to unfold, to unravel... to BE.

This process lifts mechanical compression off the internal organs for better functioning. With more internal space, you also begin to dissolve unhealthy mental and emotional patterns mapped in the subtle body, resulting in delicious inner opening, physical and emotional rejuvenation and true transformation.

You will feel better right away, but true, lasting transformation takes time. Combining group classes with a series of 1:1 private sessions will benefit you the most, as each private session yields 6 times the opening that you get in a class sequence.
